2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- After processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

U.S. Orders:
- U.S.-based products: 2–5 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on total order weight. Example U.S. rates:
- Up to 0.6 lb → $3.99
- Up to 1 lb → $5.99
- Up to 5 lb → $9.99
- Above 5 lb → $14.99
A small holiday surcharge may apply during peak seasons.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Import duties or taxes are not included in product or shipping cost.
- Customers are responsible for any customs charges.
- U.S. imported items over $800/day may incur additional duties.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear.
