1. Where do you ship from?

We work through trusted international suppliers (including Trendsi). Your order may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on product availability.


2. What are your shipping times?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–12 business days
    Delivery time may vary based on location, customs, or courier delays.

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No.
We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy.

Please check sizes, colors, and order details before placing an order.


4. When can I request a refund?

Refunds are only possible if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The package is confirmed lost in transit

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery
  • Customer ordering errors

5. How do I request a refund for damaged or wrong items?

Email us at thegirlhouse764@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

We will verify the claim with our supplier before processing.


6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed immediately with our suppliers.
Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been forwarded.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will try to cancel it — but we cannot guarantee cancellation.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can check your order status anytime through that link.


8. Why is my order arriving in multiple packages?

To deliver your items faster, products may ship from different warehouses.
You may receive multiple parcels if you ordered multiple items.


9. Why is my tracking number not updating?

Tracking updates depend on the courier.
Sometimes it may take 48–72 hours to show movement.

If tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 days, contact us.


10. What happens if I entered the wrong address?

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong address entered by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailability
  • Additional charges for re-shipping

Please double-check your address before placing your order.


11. Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address changes may not be possible after the order is processed.

12. Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

No.
We only accept online payments on our website.


13. Are your products true to size?

Size charts are provided by our suppliers.
We recommend checking the size guide before ordering.

If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size.

All photos are provided by suppliers.
Colors may vary slightly due to:
